Enterolobium maximum

Enterolobium maximum is a member of the Fabaceae family, a large and ecologically significant plant family commonly known as the legume or pea family. The species was first formally described in 1915 by Ducke. It occurs in several regions of Brazil, including the Northeast, North, and West-Central areas, and is also found in Bolivia and other global regions.
