Description
Agathis moorei (Lindl.) Mast., commonly known as kauri, is a member of the Araucariaceae family. Endemic to New Caledonia, it is distributed across the main island in scattered populations within subtropical rainforest habitats. The species was first described in 1892. Conservation concerns include the impact of habitat degradation and loss.
