Amentotaxus yunnanensis is a conifer belonging to the yew family, Taxaceae. It is found in the regions of Guizhou and Yunnan in China, as well as in Laos and Vietnam. This species was first described in 1952 by H.L. Li. It is part of the genus Amentotaxus, which is distinguished by certain morphological characteristics typical of the Taxaceae family.
