Rossioglossum oerstedii is a species in the Orchidaceae family, native to Costa Rica and Panamá. It was formally described in 2008 by M.W. Chase and N.H. Williams, with the original name credited to Rchb.f.

Description

Rossioglossum oerstedii belongs to the Orchidaceae, a diverse family of flowering plants commonly known as orchids. This species is found in the tropical regions of Costa Rica and Panamá. The name was first proposed by Rchb.f. and later reclassified under the genus Rossioglossum by M.W. Chase and N.H. Williams in 2008.
