Lithops otzeniana is a species of the genus Lithops in the family Aizoaceae. It is native to the Cape Provinces of South Africa and was described by G.C. Nel in 1937. The species is named after M. Otzen, who accompanied Nel on the expedition where it was discovered.

The species was first published in 1937 by G.C. Nel, who named it in recognition of M. Otzen for facilitating the discovery during a field trip.
