Leplaea cedrata, known as Light Bossé, is a species in the Meliaceae family. It is distributed across several African countries, including Cameroon, the Republic of the Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and Uganda. The species was published in 2012.

Description

Leplaea cedrata is a plant species belonging to the Meliaceae family. It is native to regions in Africa such as Cabinda, Cameroon, the Central African Republic, Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Zaïre, Base-Guinée, and Guinée forestière. The species is also referred to as Light Bossé in English. It was formally described in 2012. This species is part of the mahogany family and is found in various parts of tropical Africa.
