Cryptogramma stelleri is a species in the Pteridaceae family, commonly known as Cliff-Brake. It is found in regions including Labrador, Newfoundland, Alberta, British Columbia, and parts of the United States, as well as in Afghanistan, Alaska, Altay, and Amur. The species was first described in 1882.

Description

Cryptogramma stelleri, also known as slender cliff-brake, is a fern species native to North America and parts of Asia. It is found in several Canadian provinces and U.S. states, as well as in Afghanistan. The species is listed as endangered in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and as threatened in Maine and New Hampshire. It is also classified as exploitably vulnerable in New York and as sensitive in Washington. The plant is part of the Pteridaceae family and was first published in 1882.
