Description

Blitum litwinowii is a member of the Chenopodiaceae family, commonly known as the goosefoot family. It is native to regions in Central and South Asia, including Afghanistan, Pakistan, Tadzhikistan, and the West Himalaya. The species was formally described in 2012 by S.Fuentes, Uotila, and Borsch, with the basionym credited to Paulsen.
