Platanus wrightii, known as the Arizona Sycamore, is a tree species in the Platanaceae family. It is native to the southwestern United States, particularly Arizona and New Mexico, and extends its range into northern and northwestern Mexico, including the states of Sonora, Chihuahua, and Sinaloa. First described in 1875 by S. Watson, this species is part of the Platanus genus.

Description

Platanus wrightii is a member of the Platanaceae family and is commonly referred to as the Arizona Sycamore.
