Zephyranthes fosteri 屬於石蒜科，為 Zephyranthes 屬的成員。此種植物由植物學家 Traub 於 1941 年正式描述與命名。其自然分佈範圍涵蓋墨西哥的三個地區：中部、東北部與西南部。
