茂盛紫背竹芋（Stromanthe thalia）為天南星科（Marantaceae）Stromanthe屬的植物，原產於巴西雨林。此種亦有Stromanthe sanguinea的同義名。
Description
茂盛紫背竹芋分佈於巴西東北部、東南部與南部，以及巴西其他地區。此種於1995年正式發表，學名由(Vell.) J.M.A.Braga命名。
