巴天酸模
Rumex patientia L.
巴天酸模（Rumex patientia L.）為蓼科（Polygonaceae）酸模屬（Rumex）的多年生草本植物，原產於歐洲與北美地區，廣泛分佈於加拿大、美國、比利時、法國、荷蘭、英國、義大利、丹麥、白俄羅斯等地。春季時，巴天酸模的嫩葉常用於南歐地區作為蔬菜或餡料，如保加利亞、北馬其頓、土耳其、波士尼亞與赫塞哥維納、塞爾維亞等地，也用於羅馬尼亞的春季湯品或捲菜中。
Description
巴天酸模於1753年由林奈（L.）正式命名。根據學術討論，其模式標本存在爭議，Lopez Gonzalez 指出被視為模式的標本（464.1, LINN）與林奈原描述不符，且缺少 Species Plantarum 的標註，應為1753年後加入的標本，而非原始材料。巴天酸模在英語中也稱為 Garden Patience 或 Herb Patience，在植物學文獻中亦有時稱為 Monk's Rhubarb。
