假龙头花

Physostegia virginiana (L.) Benth.

假龙头花（Physostegia virginiana (L.) Benth.），為唇形科（Lamiaceae）假龍頭屬的植物，英文俗名為False Dragonhead或Obedient Plant。原產於北美，分佈範圍包括加拿大東部至墨西哥北部。其花序特徵為花朵被推到某一側時，通常會保持該位置，因此有「順從植物」之稱。此名稱中的「假龍頭」是與其曾歸類的龍頭屬（Dracocephalum）相關。

Description

假龍頭花的分佈範圍廣泛，見於比利時、法國、荷蘭、英國、義大利、挪威、丹麥、奧地利、匈牙利、瑞典、美國佛蒙特州、日本、台灣、斯洛伐克、阿拉巴馬州等地。此種最早於1829年發表。雖然Epling曾指出Herb. Linn. No. 746.1為標準標本，但此並非等同於類型指定（type statement）。
