Micranthocereus polyanthus 是仙人掌科 (Cactaceae) 的一種仙人掌，學名由 Backeb. 於 1942 年發表。此種原產於巴西，目前僅在巴西巴伊亞州 (Bahia) 的三個地點發現，總個體數少於 2500 棵。
