沼沫花（Limnanthes douglasii R.Br.）為沼沫花科（Limnanthaceae）沼沫花屬（Limnanthes）的一年生草本植物，原產於美國加州與奧勒岡州。其生長於潮濕草地環境，如春季池塘與草地，能適應排水不良的黏土土壤。該植物由蘇格蘭探險家暨植物學家大衛·道格拉斯（David Douglas）於1820年代在美洲西海岸採集。
Description
沼沫花（Douglas' meadowfoam）為一種開花植物，英文俗稱亦稱為 poached egg plant。其分佈地包括英國、比利時、法國、荷蘭、丹麥、奧地利、愛爾蘭、挪威等地。此種植物於1833年正式發表。
