二脊盆距蘭（Gastrochilus affinis）為蘭科（Orchidaceae）植物，原產於雲南、尼泊爾、阿薩姆、不丹與錫金。此種於1913年發表，學名由Schltr.命名，原基於King與Pantl.的研究。
Description
二脊盆距蘭分佈於中國華南、喜馬拉雅東部與尼泊爾。此種為附生蘭，通常生長於溫暖濕潤的環境中。其特徵與其他Gastrochilus屬物種相近，但具獨特的花部結構與葉片形態。
