Echium simplex DC. 是一種屬於紫草科（Boraginaceae）的二年生草本植物，俗稱為特內里費驕傲（pride-of-Tenerife）。此植物可長高達 3 公尺（9.8 英呎）。
Description
Echium simplex DC. 原產於葡萄牙的亞速爾群島、加那利群島、馬德拉群島、聖海倫娜島、澳洲及南非開普省。其學名於 1813 年發表。此植物因生長高大且花序直立，常被稱為「塔狀寶石」（tower of jewels）。
