銀蘭（學名：Cephalanthera erecta）為蘭科（Orchidaceae）銀蘭屬（Cephalanthera）的陸生蘭花。分布於中國、日本、韓國、千島群島、不丹、阿薩姆與東部喜馬拉雅地區。此種於 1859 年正式發表。
