峨参
Anthriscus sylvestris (L.) Hoffm.
峨參（Anthriscus sylvestris (L.) Hoffm.）為傘形科（Apiaceae）植物，原產於歐洲、西亞及西北非。其英文俗名為Bur Chervil，臺灣常稱為峨參。峨參為二年生或短壽多年生草本植物，與同科的洋香菜、胡蘿蔔、毒芹及毒參等親緣相近。此種植物常與Daucus carota混淆，後者同樣有「Queen Anne's lace」或「wild carrot」的別名。
Description
峨參（Anthriscus sylvestris (L.) Hoffm.）分佈範圍廣泛，包括格陵蘭、紐芬蘭、不列顛哥倫比亞、新不倫瑞克、新斯科細亞、安大略、魁北克、聖皮埃爾與密克隆、葡萄牙大陸、丹麥、芬蘭、挪威、瑞典、南非、智利、斯瓦爾巴與揚馬延、佛蘭德、冰島、佛蒙特州及福克蘭群島等地。此種植物最早於1814年發表，學名沿用至今。峨參在英文中亦稱為Cow Parsley、Wild Chervil、Wild Beaked Parsley或Keck，與其他傘形科植物如洋香菜、胡蘿蔔、毒芹及毒參等有親緣關係。
