Thyrsopteris elegans là một loài dương xỉ cây, thuộc chi Thyrsopteris, duy nhất trong chi này. Loài này có nguồn gốc đặc hữu cho quần đảo Juan Fernández, nằm ngoài khơi bờ biển Chile.
Description
Thyrsopteris elegans được Kunze mô tả khoa học vào năm 1835. Loài dương xỉ này thuộc họ Thyrsopteridaceae. Chi Thyrsopteris chỉ chứa một loài sống còn là Thyrsopteris elegans, và loài này chỉ phân bố độc nhất tại quần đảo Juan Fernández.
