Rumex patientia, thuộc họ Rau răm (Polygonaceae), là một loại cây lâu năm có lá dùng làm thực phẩm vào mùa xuân, phổ biến ở châu Âu phía Nam như Bulgaria, Bắc Macedonia, Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ, Bosna-Herzegovina và Serbia. Cây còn được gọi là patience dock, garden patience, herb patience, hoặc monk's rhubarb. Tên khoa học được công bố năm 1753 bởi L.
Description
Rumex patientia là một loài cây có lá mọc thành cụm, được dùng làm rau xanh hoặc nhân bánh vào mùa xuân. Loài này phân bố ở nhiều khu vực như Newfoundland, British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Saint Pierre và Miquelon, SFF Iguaque, FI, RU, Bỉ, vùng Brussels-Capital, Flemish và Walloon, Pháp, Hà Lan, Anh, Ý, Đan Mạch, Belarus... Theo thảo luận, mẫu vật được coi là mẫu gốc có thể không phù hợp với mô tả ban đầu của Linnaeus. Loài này cũng được dùng trong các món súp hoặc món sarmale ở Romania.
