Phlox bifida là một loài thực vật thuộc chi Phlox, họ Polemoniaceae. Loài này có mặt ở các bang như Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Tennessee và Wisconsin. Phlox bifida được mô tả khoa học vào năm 1826 bởi L.C.Beck.
