Lateristachys diffusa (R.Br.) Holub là một loài dương xỉ có thân bò, thường mọc thành thảm. Loài này thuộc về chi Lateristachys và được công bố năm 1983. Trước đây, loài này được xếp vào tên gọi Lycopodiella diffusa. Carpet clubmoss thường mọc ở các khu vực ẩm ướt, nơi có ánh sáng yếu.
