Goodyera rubicunda
Goodyera rubicunda (Blume) Lindl.
Goodyera rubicunda, tên tiếng Anh là giant jewel orchid, là một loài lan mọc tự nhiên ở nhiều khu vực như Ấn Độ, châu Á, Đông Nam Á, New Guinea, Queensland và một số đảo Thái Bình Dương. Loài này thường mọc trong rừng ẩm và rừng mưa.
Description
Goodyera rubicunda thuộc họ Orchidaceae, có từ ba đến sáu lá lớn hình trứng và có thể có đến mười hoa màu hồng nhạt và trắng, hoa có lông ở bên ngoài. Loài này được mô tả lần đầu vào năm 1839 và phân bố rộng rãi ở Assam, Bismarck Archipelago, Borneo, Trung Quốc miền Nam-Trung tâm, Đông Himalaya, Fiji, Jawa, Lesser Sunda Is., Malaya, Maluku, Nansei-shoto, New Caledonia, New Guinea, Philippines, Queensland, Samoa, Solomon Is., Sulawesi, Sumatera, và Đài Loan.
