Amaranthus polygonoides là một loài thực vật có hoa thuộc họ Amaranthaceae. Loài này là cây một năm, có nguồn gốc từ Mexico, miền bắc Trung Mỹ, Caribê, quần đảo Galápagos và một số khu vực tại miền trung và đông nam Hoa Kỳ. Loài này có tên tiếng Anh là smartweed amaranth.
Description
Amaranthus polygonoides phân bố rộng ở nhiều quốc gia như Bỉ, vùng Wallonia, Ý, Pháp, Thụy Sĩ, Ấn Độ, Trung Quốc, quần đảo Galápagos, Na Uy, Hawaii, Aruba, Assam, Bahamas, Belize, Trung Quốc miền Bắc và miền Nam, Cuba, Cộng hòa Dominica, Phần Lan, Florida và nhiều nơi khác. Loài này được mô tả khoa học lần đầu vào năm 1759 bởi L.
