Abies homolepis, hay còn gọi là Nikko fir, là một loài tùng mọc tự nhiên ở các dãy núi ven Thái Bình Dương của vùng trung tâm và phía nam Honshū, cũng như Shikoku, Nhật Bản. Loài này thường mọc ở độ cao từ 700–2.200 m, nơi có lượng mưa cao, mùa hè mát ẩm và mùa đông có tuyết rơi dày.
Description
Abies homolepis thuộc họ Pinaceae, phân bố ở nhiều nơi như Nhật Bản, Bỉ, vùng Flemish, Đan Mạch, các bang Hoa Kỳ và một số khu vực khác. Loài này thường mọc trong rừng mưa nhiệt đới với điều kiện thời tiết ẩm ướt và lạnh giá.
