Raphidiocystis chrysocoma, Cucurbitaceae familyasına ait bir türdür. Angola, Burundi, Ghana, Gine, Fildişi Sahili, Kenya, Liberya, Sierra Leone, Tanzanya, Togo, Uganda, Zaïre ve Zimbabve gibi bölgelerde yetişir. 1962 yılında bilimsel olarak tanımlanmıştır.
