Description
Roldana petasitis พบได้ในหลายพื้นที่ทั่วโลก เช่น หมู่เกาะแอซอเรส หมู่เกาะคานารี รวมถึงประเทศอื่น ๆ เช่น แซมเบีย อิตาลี โปรตุเกส มอริเชียส สเปน ออสเตรเลีย นิวซีแลนด์ หมู่เกาะ Lord Howe ฝรั่งเศส เอลซัลวาดอร์ ฮอนดูรัส และกัวเตมาลา พืชชนิดนี้ถูกตีพิมพ์ในปี ค.ศ. 1974 โดยอยู่ในสกุล Roldana ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของวงศ์ Asteraceae
