Description
Malephora thunbergii ถูกตีพิมพ์ในปี ค.ศ. 1928 โดยมีชื่อเริ่มต้นจาก Haw. และต่อมาได้รับการจัดใหม่โดย Schwantes ชนิดนี้มีพื้นที่กระจายตัวอยู่ใน Cape Provinces โดยเฉพาะในพื้นที่ตะวันออกของ Cape ซึ่งเป็นภูมิภาคในแอฟริกาใต้ ต้นไม้นี้เป็น succulent ที่มีขนาดเล็กและมักพบในสภาพแวดล้อมที่แห้งแล้ง
