Pseudotsuga japonica, the Japanese Douglas-fir, is a conifer in the family Pinaceae. It is native to Japan and grows up to 25 m tall. In Japanese, it is known as togasawara.

Pseudotsuga japonica (Shiras.) Beissn. is a species of conifer in the family Pinaceae. Endemic to Japan, it is a medium-sized tree that can reach heights of 25 m. It is commonly referred to as togasawara in Japanese. The species was first described in 1896.
