Description
Phyllostachys edulis는 Poaceae과에 속하며, Phyllostachys속에 포함됩니다. 이 종은 한국, 일본, 중국, 타이완, 필리핀, 베트남 등 아시아 지역과 브라질, 미국 등지에서 분포합니다. 이 대나무는 -15°C까지 견딜 수 있지만, 추위에 대한 저항성은 다른 Phyllostachys 종보다 약합니다. 주로 레이온 생산에 사용되며, 높은 생산성과 품질로 인해 산업적으로 중요한 종입니다.
