Chaerophyllum aromaticum은 Apiaceae 과의 식물로, 유럽 여러 지역에서 자라며 넓은 잎이 특징입니다. 이 종은 과거 체코슬로바키아, 중앙 유럽의 러시아, 북유럽의 러시아, 북서 유럽의 러시아 등지에서도 기록된 바 있습니다. 학명은 1753년에 발표되었으며, 이후 식물 분류학적 논의에서 타입 지정에 대한 논란이 있었으나, 2006년 Taxon 55: 560에서 수정된 타입 지정이 이루어졌습니다. 이 식물은 Chaerophyllum 속에 속하며, 학명의 정확성은 린네의 원저작에 기반합니다.
