Plagiothecium laetum, communément appelé satinette éclatante, est une espèce de mousses appartenant à la famille des Plagiotheciaceae. Elle a été décrite pour la première fois en 1851 par Schimp.
Description
Plagiothecium laetum se trouve dans plusieurs régions, notamment au Labrador, au Québec, en Flandre, dans le sud-est, au Vermont (États-Unis), au nord-ouest, au Danemark, au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, en Belgique, dans la Région flamande et la Région wallonne. Cette mousse est souvent appelée bright silk moss en anglais. Elle est caractérisée par sa croissance typique des mousses du genre Plagiothecium.
