Zieria laevigata, known as smooth zieria, smooth-leaved zieria, or twiggy midge bush, is a flowering plant in the Rutaceae family. It is native to eastern Australia, specifically New South Wales and Queensland. This erect shrub has smooth, three-part leaves and produces pale pink or white flowers with four petals and four stamens. It thrives in poor soil on rocky outcrops and blooms from late winter to spring.

Description

Zieria laevigata is a species of flowering shrub in the Rutaceae family. It is endemic to eastern Australia, occurring in New South Wales and Queensland. The plant features smooth, trifoliate leaves and small flowers with four petals and four stamens, which are pale pink or white in color. It is adapted to grow in poor soil on rocky outcrops and flowers during late winter and spring. The species was first described in 1815 by Bonpl.
