Polyosma rhytophloia is a species in the family Escalloniaceae, native to eastern Queensland, Australia. It is known by the common name Wrinkled bark polyosma and was first described in 1926 by C.T. White and W.D. Francis.

Description

Polyosma rhytophloia, or Wrinkled bark polyosma, belongs to the Escalloniaceae family and is found only in parts of eastern Queensland, Australia. The species was formally described in 1926 by botanists C.T. White and W.D. Francis. It is a member of the genus Polyosma, which includes a range of woody plants primarily distributed in the Southern Hemisphere.
