Garrya wrightii, commonly known as Wright's silktassel, is a flowering plant species in the Garryaceae family. It is native to regions including Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and parts of Mexico. The species was first described in 1857 by Torr.

Description

Garrya wrightii is a member of the Garryaceae family and is found in several regions across the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. It is known by several common names, including quinine-bush, coffee berry, bearberry, feverbush, and grayleaf dogwood. This species is part of the genus Garrya and is characterized by its distinct foliage and flowering structure. Its distribution spans from Arizona and New Mexico in the U.S. to the Mexican Pacific Islands and parts of northeastern and northwestern Mexico.
