Woodwardia spinulosa is a fern species in the family Blechnaceae. It was first described in 1842 by M. Martens and Galeotti. This species is native to several regions in Central America and Mexico, including Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and various parts of Mexico such as Central, Gulf, Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, and Southwest. It is also found in Nicaragua.

Description

Woodwardia spinulosa belongs to the fern family Blechnaceae and is part of the genus Woodwardia. The species is distributed across a range of countries in Central America and Mexico. It is present in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua, as well as multiple regions within Mexico, including Central, Gulf, Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, and Southwest. The species was formally described in 1842 by the botanists M. Martens and Galeotti.
