Adenophorus tamariscinus, known as wahine noho mauna, is a fern species native to Hawaii. It is an epiphyte found in wet-mesic forests and rain forests. The fronds can reach lengths of up to 20 cm.

Description

Adenophorus tamariscinus (Kaulf.) Hook. & Grev. is a member of the Polypodiaceae family and is endemic to Hawaii. It is an epiphytic fern that grows in wet-mesic forests or rain forests. The species was first described in 1830. Its fronds typically grow to a maximum length of 20 cm. The common name in English is wahine noho mauna.
