Leucadendron diemontianum, the Visgat Conebush, is a shrub in the Proteaceae family and is part of the fynbos vegetation. It is native to the Western Cape in South Africa, where it is found in areas such as the Great Winterhoek Mountains, Visgat, Onderboskloof, Rosendal, and Heuningvlei in the northern Cederberg.

Description

Leucadendron diemontianum is a shrub species from the Proteaceae family, known as the Visgat Conebush. It is part of the fynbos biome and is native to the Western Cape region of South Africa. The species is found in specific locations including the foothills of the Great Winterhoek Mountains at Visgat, Onderboskloof, and Rosendal, as well as at Heuningvlei in the northern Cederberg. The species was first described in 1972 by I. Williams.
