Description

Vasconcellea chachapoyensis is a member of the Caricaceae family, commonly known as the mulberry or breadfruit family. The species is part of the Vasconcellea genus, which includes a group of plants primarily found in the Neotropical region. Endemic to Peru, this species was first published in 2020 by botanists D.Tineo and D.E.Bustam.
