Uraria lagopodioides is a flowering plant in the Fabaceae family. It is native to regions including East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia, and Papua New Guinea. The species has also been introduced to Niue and Tonga. It was published in 1825 by (L.) DC.

Description

Uraria lagopodioides is found in various locations such as the Andaman Islands, Assam, Bangladesh, Bismarck Archipelago, Borneo, Cambodia, China South-Central, China Southeast, East Himalaya, Fiji, Hainan, and India. There has been a taxonomic clarification regarding its type material, with Dy Phon (1987) designating a specimen as type, later confirmed as a valid neotypification under Art. 9.8. The species is also present in Tongatapu, Nomuka, Vava‘u, and other regions. It is part of the genus Uraria within the Fabaceae family.
