Tylecodon singularis is a species in the genus Tylecodon, belonging to the family Crassulaceae. It is native to Namibia and was first described in 1978 by Toelken, based on earlier work by R.A. Dyer.

Description

Tylecodon singularis is a member of the Crassulaceae family, commonly known as the stonecrops. This species is found exclusively in Namibia. The scientific name was formally established in 1978 by Toelken, who recognized the earlier contribution of R.A. Dyer in its classification. The genus Tylecodon is characterized by its succulent, often tuberous or bulbous forms, and is primarily distributed across southern Africa. Tylecodon singularis is one of the species within this genus, adapted to arid environments typical of its native region.
