Tylecodon faucium is a member of the Crassulaceae family and is native to the Cape Provinces. It was formally described in 1978 by Toelken, based on earlier work by Poelln.

Description

Tylecodon faucium belongs to the genus Tylecodon within the stonecress family, Crassulaceae. This species is indigenous to the Cape Provinces of South Africa. Its scientific name was established in 1978 by Toelken, who reclassified it from earlier work by Poelln. The species is part of a group of succulent plants commonly found in arid and semi-arid regions of southern Africa.
