Description
Nepenthes mirabilis is a species of the genus Nepenthes in the botanical family Nepenthaceae. It is also known by the common names common swamp pitcher-plant and tropical pitcher plant. This species is found in various regions across Southeast Asia and the Pacific, including Borneo, Cambodia, Caroline Is., China Southeast, Hainan, Jawa, Laos, Lesser Sunda Is., Malaya, Maluku, Myanmar, New Guinea, Philippines, Queensland, Sulawesi, Sumatera, Thailand, and Vietnam. The species was first described in 1916 by Druce, based on the original work by Lour.
