Tribulus zeyheri is a perennial herb in the Zygophyllaceae family, native to various regions including Angola, Botswana, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Namibia, Northern Provinces, Philippines, Tanzania, Uganda, Venezuelan Antilles, Venezuela, and Zimbabwe. It was first described in 1860 by Sond.

Description

This species is typically found in coastal sands and disturbed areas such as cropland and fallow sites. It is a prostrate-growing plant and has been documented in the coastal regions of Quiçama National Park, Angola, with the specimen F. Monteiro 1320 (LUAI, LISC) representing its presence there.
