Trachyandra falcata

Trachyandra falcata (L.f.) Kunth is a member of the Asphodelaceae family, a group of flowering plants commonly known as the asphodel family. The species is part of the genus Trachyandra, which includes various grass-like plants. It is naturally distributed across the Cape Provinces and Namibia. The scientific name was published in 1843.
