Description
Tetrameles nudiflora is a member of the Tetramelaceae family and is found across various parts of South and Southeast Asia, as well as parts of Oceania and Australia. Its distribution spans from the Andaman Islands and Assam in the north to regions in Indonesia, including Java, the Lesser Sunda Islands, Sulawesi, and Sumatra. It is also present in parts of China, India, Myanmar, Nepal, and Thailand. The species was formally described in 1838 by Robert Brown, a notable botanist. The genus Tetrameles includes a small number of species, and T. nudiflora is one of the more widely distributed within this group.
