Phyllostachys angusta is a bamboo species in the Poaceae family, native to several provinces in China, including Anhui, Fujian, Henan, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang. It is commonly known as stone bamboo and was first described in 1945 by McClure.

Description

Phyllostachys angusta belongs to the grass family Poaceae and is distributed in the southeastern region of China. It is locally referred to as stone bamboo in both English and the target language. This species was formally published in 1945 by McClure. It occurs naturally in the provinces of Anhui, Fujian, Henan, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang.
