Description

Salsola vermiculata L. is a member of the Chenopodiaceae family, commonly referred to as the goosefoot family. This species is part of the genus Salsola, which includes various thistle-like plants. The species was formally described in 1753 by the Swedish botanist Carl Linnaeus. It is known by the common name shrubby Russian thistle in English and by the same name in the target language.
