Sesuvium edmonstonei, a member of the Aizoaceae family, is native to the Galápagos Islands in Ecuador. This plant is also found in La Guajira, Colombia, and Venezuela.

Description

Sesuvium edmonstonei, described by Hook.f. in 1847, is a species of the Aizoaceae family. It is primarily associated with the Galápagos Islands, where it is known as Galápagos carpet weed. The plant is also reported from regions in northern South America, including La Guajira, Colombia, and parts of Venezuela.
